As Zapata County Waterworks being the sole potable water provider for Zapata County WCID, we are following suit in notifying our customers of the change to Stage 4 Restrictions.  Please conserve as much water as possible, as we are experiencing critically low water levels.  Also, please restrict your water usage to absolute essentials.
